I was a high school sophomore when I bought this 1978 VW. For a decade or so, it waited in an Illinois warehouse
until I could afford local storage. In October of 2004, I was able to purchase a home with a garage in DeLand, Florida.
My sincere thanks to everyone who helped me hold on to this car.
ABOVE: This is the current condition of the car. (3/4/07). Summer's coming. I'm looking forward to driving it again.
